bikes and atmosphere...but. to make Quest even more attractive instructors need to use music that motivates and inspires bikers. Nicole and Linda get this better than anyone. There music makes you want to work, allows you to get into it because the songs are upbeat and motivational, This does not mean that every song needs to be high cadence because when you are climbing a great slow song is perfect. The coach or instructor is like a great teacher, they create music in their classes that makes students want to come. loud, head banging, and music is fine once in a while but some of the instructors use it constantly and it just does not cut it. Maybe a song list for instructors to choose from. This response of course is just from one man's perspective.
I like the convenient location of Quest. I also enjoy seeing people I know each time! The social piece is important to me. Of course the majority of instructors give a great workout!
At times the instructors voice level and choice of music could be toned down!
Going to miss having Quest a part of my life!
I was visiting for the weekend and attended a class with my work colleagues. We loved it! I loved the energy, the moving screen at front, the water and towels provided, and the instructor.
The only thing I found myself missing from other cycle classes was more exact direction how how hard I should be pushing myself, the frequency of my pedals, etc.
Thanks for being so welcoming to the newcomers!
