Water aerobics on Monday night is fantastic. Alysa is an excellent instructor: she always prepares a challenging class, while at the same time alternative moves for anyone who might have a physical limitation. She is friendly and up beat.
Gym is clean and there is equipment available whenever I go (usually after 5 on weeknights). Really friendly staff. Joanne helped me set up my routine for the weight machines and she was patient, friendly, and made wonderful suggestions to how I could combine my weight workout with other aerobic activity.
i like smoothies and also yoga and also showers and also the eliptical and also i like towels and i like the waiting area and also i like it when you DON'T play horrible music that's generic and dull and i also like the granola bars.
