I like my classes, instructors and people in my classes...clean friendly facility..convenient location for me also. The chair yoga is just what I need after my stroke. ....and I like the social part. The instructors are very knowledgeable...and seem interested in helping and meeting our individual needs. I enjoy my time at quest fitness..
The classes have been exceptional. I take barre fusion and yoga on Monday mornings and hula hoop with Holly on Tuesday’s. I also use some machines on Thursday. I completed the Quest health class with Eddie and have lost a total of 18 pounds and still going.
The classes. I love the Yoga and Pilates classes. Monique and Mindy are excellent teachers. I wish there was a Tuesday at 9:30 or 11:00 offering besides hola hoops. Monique's 11:00 Wednesday class is great. More of that, and her Friday 9:30 class as well.
I take Yoga at Quest when I visit Wells and find the facility and front desk experience excellent. The Yoga teachers at quest have generally been very excellent as well. Unfortunately I felt the teacher for this class was not up to the usual standard. She did not introduce her self or interact with us at all, in fact she did not get off her mat and usually had her eyes closed as she taught. I found that disconcerting. However I will not hesitate to come back to yoga at quest with your other fine teachers.
I love Quest and go every summer. I especially enjoy taking the yoga classes. Mindy is our preferred instructor as see really teaches and places close attention to the students, something I my recommend the other teachers emulate.
