I brought my bike in for a tune-up and with concerns about "squeaky" brakes (that another shop had said were OK). The problems were diagnosed within 24 hours and parts were ordered. When I received the bike back, it was in the best mechanical and electrical shape since I purchased it. I was also provided information I had never had on how best to use the electric assist functions, to monitor individual ride distances and guidance on when the next maintenance would be needed. Thank you for your great service ... I'll be back!

I brought my bike in for repair and the team fixed it so quickly and the price was very reasonable. Great service. Who ever was working on 7/3/25 between 5-6 pm should get a raise.

Customer service is always excellent, and the mechanics consistently do top-notch work. They’re honest and knowledgeable—offering solid recommendations on when parts really need replacing versus when you can safely get a little more life out of them. Prices are always fair, and the shop has a genuinely welcoming, down-to-earth atmosphere.
