The guys at quick stop are always knowledgeable, helpful, and they never try to upsell the customer. They always present the options and the facts on the product ( favorable and not). I never feel pressured to purchase anything but always feel as though what I buy is a fit for what I need.

My sons bike was needing repairs unexpectedly on Thursday, 2 days until Ore to Shore. These guys put our worries to ease! We were able to pick up his bike next day!!! I brought my bike in for a tune-up and with concerns about "squeaky" brakes (that another shop had said were OK). The problems were diagnosed within 24 hours and parts were ordered. When I received the bike back, it was in the best mechanical and electrical shape since I purchased it. I was also provided information I had never had on how best to use the electric assist functions, to monitor individual ride distances and guidance on when the next maintenance would be needed. Thank you for your great service ... I'll be back!
