Honest, helpful, friendly, thorough. Every time I go in, they treat me like I'm one of their absolute best customers. They were like that on day 1. I knew very little about bikes, and they never made me feel that way at all.... they just kindly educate me and steer me toward the best option... even if that option won't make them the most money.
