I came in for a simple rim tape, and they checked the wheel over and made suggestions to get the wheels performing how they needed to. Once they dove into the bearing they weren't as bad as needed and gave me suggestions to fix as they didn't have the parts at the current time. Great customer service, awesome shop willing to go above and beyond and get ya back rolling.

Dropped my bike off for repair. Sure, we all expect immediate attention but it was made clear that they were backed up for days. I understand and appreciate the honesty, no false hopes or expectations. They completed the work when they said it would be done. Price was fair, work exceptional, employees fantastic.
