I am satisfied with the number of equipment available in the gym. However, I am disappointed with the lack of communication regarding various gym-related matters.
There has been no update on the expected completion date of the ongoing maintenance work. As a result, we currently have access to fewer equipment compared to last month, which has impacted our workout experience.
Additionally, last month, gym members were not allowed to enter the gym one evening due to a private function being held there. If prior communication had been sent regarding the closure, members could have planned accordingly and avoided an unnecessary trip to the gym.
I would appreciate more timely and transparent communication regarding maintenance schedules, facility closures, and other important updates in the future.

I enjoy the EGYM and, equipment and track. Since you moved the equipment around, I have tried new cardio machines. Enjoy meeting new people. I cannot wait for the floors to be done.
I love the yoga, Pilates and yogalates classes! I enjoy using the track, there a great number of workout machines and my son enjoys mommy and me gymnastics.
I like group classes and there are plenty to choose from throughout the day. There seems to be something for everyone.
My only complaint is that Sarah, who teaches Zumba at 9am on Monday mornings is late EVERY week. Class begins at approximately 9:10.
I can understand we all run late from time to time, but she is late every week. Perhaps class should begin at 9:15 in stead of 9.

I love the variety. Want to ease into working out? Try Chair Yoga. Feeling more energetic? Do Regular Yoga. Their Swim exercise classes are very popular. They even offer a pool class for people with arthritis! You cannot go wrong – the Y, as always, is Still going Strong!
