Some of the equipment allows me to track my bpm heart rate (I had a heart attack 6 months ago). I like using the indoor track. It is easier than using the outdoor one. I am an early riser and you open early.
Iβve been taking water aerobics while pregnant and itβs been so good for me, to where I was able to half the medication I needed for gestational diabetes in my third trimester. Itβs also wonderful to be able to do this while my toddler is in the playroom, which he always looks forward to. Overall a very good decision for my health and growing family.
We love visiting the South Shore YMCA. The equipment is always clean and in working order. There are plenty of machines for all to use, even when it is busy. Our child loves going to the childcare center and I trust all the workers in there to watch her! We also have a great experience with swim lessons for my daughter. I recommend the South Shore YMCA to everyone!
