I like that the classes are geared to a variety of skills, it is easy to participate. I enjoy water arthritis class, chair yoga and most recently tai chi for arthritis wellness. I have made friends in these classes and look forward to seeing them every week. I really love the Y and enjoy myself every time I am there. I am so grateful to have the Y in my life at 66 years of age, exercise is so important in my life due in part to medical issues. I also took the Diabetes Management class twice with Jane and Mary teaching and it was very beneficial and I plan to take it again when it is offered at the Y.
Yoga and body pump classes are great. Instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Cleanliness of the studio floors and gym equipment could be cleaner. There’s always dust pileup and dirt everywhere.
