Ease of enrollment for seniors.
Wide variety of programs. I use the weight room and my wife does aqua aerobics.
Helpful trainers and support staff.
I see seniors and young families with children when I'm there. Your programs appeal to a diverse age range.
The facilities are very clean and easy to navigate.
If there is a problem with the pool or other infrastructure issue (very rare), your communication process to alert members is top tier.
The YMCA is a great assett to our community.

Inclusion for all. The instructors can and do adapt classes for people with some disabilities. The staff at RC Durr help make the Y a truly "no judgement zone."
The equipment is well maintained and people will help you learn how to use the machines...all you have to do is ask. The building is clean and the staff is welcoming.

We love the friendly atmosphere . Sammy is amazing. I love the fact that we can bring our grandchildren to the pool, it is a little pricey, wish it was free. Love the workout room. My granddaughter had swim lessons and it to was a little pricey. For seniors with a small income 8 dollars per child a day is hard so we try once a week. Thank you and God bless.
