The receptionist at the front desk was so helpful, warm and friendly. Thank you! The lifeguards were awesome too, I wish I knew their names- next time. Both of them were spot on awesome! Overall, the staff at the Williamsburg YMCA were the right people working for an incredible community program. Thank you all!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Love the temperature of the therapy pool where I am pool walking to recover from an ankle replacement. Love the sauna. Couple of constructive suggestions - hot tub needs cleaning. Rower chain on Concept 2 is broken (no tension). Overall, very pleased I joined!

The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I’m always greeted with a smile and good morning. The group fitness instructors have been inclusive and welcoming. Phil and Jen Wagner and Laura have introduced themselves and made sure I understood the class and had what I needed to be successful. 😊
