Rachel Howard was my listing and seller's agent. This sale was somewhat unusual in that it was for a vacant lot after total demolition of my fire damaged house which had stood on the land for 27 years. I decided not to rebuild and recently relocated.
Rachel priced the lot to sell quickly, and it went under contract at the listed price the day it was put onto the MLS. The first contract (second inquiry of the day) was contingent on financing and fell through due to the buyer's change of heart. Rachel subsequently contacted the first person to ask about the lot (a couple hours after the first contract failed). The lot then went under contract a second time at the listed price on the same day (April 3) and closed two weeks later.
Rachel was outstanding during the process of contacting the necessary parties to the sale.
She kept me advised of the status of the two contracts by text, email, and phone calls in a timely manner. Minimal effort was required on my part.
Rachel is tied for first place for the best real estate agent I've had since 1989. I'm looking forward to having her be my buyer's agent when the time comes.
