She did a terrific job with managing the whole effort. As a landlord, living out of town, it was critical for me to have someone I could trust to be on-task and focused while I was out. She helped work through some tax impacts and 1031 issues/referrals (landlords know this code). In the end it closed cleanly for cash a bit above asking. Thanks Rachel!

Rachel is excellent and amazing! I usually don't like most realtors because they seem a little slimy and pushy, but Rachel was an absolute professional. Very direct, super responsive, and she always has your best interest in mind. She will advocate for you! I had her as my seller's agent and from the time my house was listed to the time it closed was less than 3 weeks. Very impressive. Would highly recommend her to anyone in Washtenaw County!
