Terri was terrific! My wife loved my haircut. Seeing a master stylist such as Terri makes all the difference, even on a guy’s haircut. The salon was nice and parking was easier than I had anticipated.

The only salon I will go to for MANY reasons. From having naturally curly hair and the care and concern I receive to make sure my curls are handled by a professional with knowledge of how crazy curls can be to cut, to ownership that deeply cares about their clients personally and the comfort and professionalism they give everyone that walks in their door, to the trained, knowledgeable stylists that work with each client to make sure they are happy with their results. Rachel’s is the BEST and I highly recommend them to any and all wanting to form a partnership with a salon, or just need a great spot to walk in for a quick trim!!

The salon team is wonderful and Morgan is amazing! She does such a great job and uses everything at her disposal to make your dream style come true! I’ve been to her twice since coming to Memphis, and I will continue going to her as long as I’m here!

First time here, just moved to Memphis so I'm looking for "my salon". Staff was very friendly, space is super cute. Building used to be a bank and they've kept a lot of the historical features that I found really cool. I have longer hair and I don't always feel that I'm being listened to when I ask for lots and lots of layers while keeping overall length. It's been an issue at previous salons... that being said, Hayley was fantastic, listened and asked questions, gave me opportunities to run my hands through and check. She gave me exactly the cut I was looking for and I'm so happy! I really appreciate that she made every effort to make sure we were on the same page, I feel like I've definitely found my local salon AND stylist!
