This was a long time coming. Racquel has helped us look at so many houses. She always shows up with great energy and a smile. Racquel helped us find our lake house (that we love!), and we decided to move to Michigan from Tennessee permanently. So, naturally we called Racquel to help us find a house in Traverse City for months we aren’t at the lake house. She helped us narrow and focus our search so it really didn’t take long before we found the perfect house for us. It had everything we needed on the main floor. We’re downsizing from a 4700 sq ft house in Tennessee to a 2500 sq ft in Traverse City. Racquel is a true real estate professional, but more importantly, she is also a friend. What a great combination!

Racquel was phenomenal to work with. We live down state and she was incredibly patient with our tight schedules on trips up north. She was incredibly attentive to help us see new spots via video or listing appt on a moments notice. Once we zeroed in on a property she went the extra mile and was super generous with her time to walk builders, contractors, etc. to see the space. We’ve loved our time with Racquel and would 100% recommend her for others.
