Service was excellent. Customer service is excellent. All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop has the latest and greatest in new bicycle. What was impressive was when the repair was being assessed by John, he hung a work bag on the handle bars. Once agreed to the repair needed, he pulled the parts from the cabinets and the bike was on its way after sitting for a long time. It was dropped off on Saturday at 4:30 and done on Wednesday. Great work and almost new! Highly recommend this team of experts for both on and off the road bikes. We are looking at upgrading due to this great team of experts.

I had a great experience purchasing a roadbike from Glenn. He went over every step of the process multiple times and helped pick out individual pieces over and over to my liking. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Can't wait for my bike to get in and be sized by rainbow cycles.
