This is a great shop with great people! They know me by name and are very responsive to my cycling needs. When my service is done I receive a text. Sometimes when I’m in a pinch they are able to fit me in and have my bike back the same day. I would highly recommend Rainbow, especially if you ride a Trek or are a competitive cyclist.

The folks were courteous, knowledgeable and spot-on with service. They did what was needed and did it well--and got my bike back to me earlier than expected to be sure I could make my "date" with grandchildren! I could not be more pleased in every regard.

Everybody at Rainbow Cycles is so kind and so helpful. My boys and I came in with a flat tire and John took the time to give us a 15 minute tutorial to show us how we can replace a flat at home. My boys loved it and he was so good! I love this this place.
Customer service was awesome, answered all my questions gladly ! I gota say the purchase of the Trek car back radar was a great suggestion and will never ride the roads again without one ! Now just need to get the seat mount for it ! The seat post mount that comes with it is lots to be desired ! Thanks again for all the help !
I am so impressed with this shop. I dropped off my rims and tires for repair and within 35-40 minutes I received a text that they were ready for pick up.
