I apologize that we had to reschedule your appointment. After further review of why we rescheduled your job, I see it was due to Hurricane Matthew and the safety of our team as multiple roads were flooding at a rapid rate. As far as the price of your job, I do see that we provided you with a $30.00 discount at the time of pickup for your inconvenience. I am sorry that we did not meet your needs as our customer as we strive to do so everytime. We would love for you to give us another chance in the future should you need our services again.
