Randy is a very knowledgeable, personable, helpful and capable realtor. We came to him after having less than success in selling our home with another agent from a different brokerage. He was able to help us identify the things that weren't working and fix them. His knowledge of the market, the trends, and the factors that affected our specific home was leaps and bounds above that of any agent we've used previously. He has a way of addressing challenges that makes them seem less scary and daunting. I never had a sense that he wasn't confident that we would ultimately be able to sell our home and get what we needed from it. He helped us navigate a multiple offer situation so that we not only got a buyer... but got the right buyer for our home. I can't say enough good things about Randy. I only wish we'd have hired him sooner.
