Rasa Spa is a wonderful experience from the moment you step off the elevator and enter its warm and welcoming environment. I always arrive an hour before my massage to settle in and spend some time decompressing in their lounge with tea or cucumber water. Every therapist I have seen over the years has been fantastic. To end the session with a sit in the sauna and followed by a long shower with EO products (gluten-free, for those like me who need to keep an eye on such things), and maybe one more sauna, is nothing short of pure bliss.
The atmosphere is calm, quiet and plenty of complimentary items such as tea, soap in the showers and plenty of towels for use in between treatments, sauna and showering.
I love the staff. From the front desk people who are outgoing, cheerful and remember me to the awesome massage therapists. Everyone is so personable and friendly.
The staff is fantastic and so respectful, the massages are wonderful, the atmosphere is heavenly (the tranquility room cannot be beat) and it’s genuinely lgbtq friendly. As a trans person I was respected and felt safe going into the locker room and talking with my therapist about my needs. I could be myself and that added to my healing!
Jules is as always, amazing! I am so glad Rasa is in Ithaca. I even made a purchase of a handmade "corn bag". Facility is always clean and relaxing! Thank you.
My massage therapist (Brian Alexander) does a wonderful job of healing my sciatic nerve pain and tennis elbows. He knows exactly what my body needs to heal. It's amazing and I'm so grateful to have found relief that works.
Brian was a amazing massage therapist. I went in seeking relaxation, but he actually fixed or accelerated healing in both my shoulder and hip. I will definitely return in the future. :)
