For me, I was looking for a biking community as much as a store. I look forward to doing group rides and working with the shop if I ever have bike issues. I specifically sought out Rats as a non-chain store with bike experts that could answer my questions

Fast service! I walked in with pedals to install and a broken kickstand and walked out with new pedals a brand new kickstand in what felt like 10-15 minutes. The environment is nice and the people are understanding and well informed. Competitive prices made this fixup affordable too. I will continue to remain a customer and Definitely would recommend this bike shop compared to others.

Simply Outstanding! I ride year-round approx. 36 miles per week (rain or shine). At times, my bike requires repairs to remain operational (I abhor down time). However, the mechanics at Rats Cycles are the consummate professionals. They provide top-notch Maintenance/Repair work ensuring repairs are done, and "done right". When I surrender my bike (for repairs) the Sales staff is diligent ensuring a smooth process at both turn-in and pickup. They (Sales Staff) also provided courtesy calls relaying repair update, and notices for pickup. Thank you, Rats Cycle,

I’ve had a couple of bike emergencies, one with my own and one with my daughter’s (neither purchased from Rats), and the staff went above and beyond to help us right away. Their prompt support got us both back on the road quickly. I’m incredibly pleased with their courteous service, quick turnaround, and informative guidance. They not only resolved the issues but also took the time to explain what was wrong and how I could make adjustments myself. Highly recommended local bike shop!
