I have used you for the past 5 years and really like the customer service. Two weeks ago I dropped off two bikes to check up and they were done within a week but I am not sure what was checked. The cashier told me there was nothing that needed to fixed but I was not sure what was checked. A checklist of what is checked would have been nice. I was riding the other day and the brake was making a noise and I thought to myself did they check that. For $100 a bike a checklist of what was done would have been nice.

The bike maintenance service is superb with great care taken to make sure all work is done thoroughly. The Staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always keep me informed on the status of any work they are performing. I enjoy doing business with Rats or just stopping by to chat.

Good, honest and genuine people! Absolutely the best staff I have met at a store in a while. My daughter needed training wheels on her new bicycle - not only did they get the work done asap they also gave us an huge tip on how to best teach our daughter how to ride once the training wheels come off!! 100/10 will be recommending to everyone!!
