Phil went above and beyond to tune up the bike that a friend is lending me. He explained everything that he COULD do, and what would be appropriate for my needs. He is knowledgeable, patient and didn't try to have more service done than was necessary. The bike was done earlier than promised. The man who helped me when I picked it up (I don't remember his name) was careful to explain to me what had been done to service the bike, and how to use the bike (I didn't know how to change gears since I have always used a one-speed bike).
