The love that everyone has for the industry. We're almost like a restaurant kitchen in that we're all, in one way or another, misfits. We're idiots some days, but we all love what we do and pour our heart into our work. We help people as much as we can, we sell good products for higher end riders as well as budget options for those that need their bikes just to get to work. I e never felt more at home, more "with my people" than I have here. We get stoked about the same stuff. We want to learn more and more about new products as they come out. We all give a f&#$ basically. It's really cool.

Employee got out front m behind the register on his own and assisted my son in getting a new tube and tire. He explained how to choose the proper tube for the new tire. He was friendly, polite, and quite helpful.

Bike Mart's service department is excellent - they do great work, for a reasonable cost. What puts them over the top, however, is that they have always taken the time to explain to me (1) what they are doing, and (2) what I can do on my own to help maintain my bike. They have been nothing but patient, kind and straightforward.
