It's not just because they are in the neighborhood, although that's certainly a bonus -- when it comes to service, they are good at what they do. I go in with a couple of bikes I inherited and have them serviced. Everything works well. After riding them and discover a couple of things that have nothing to do with their servicing the bikes, I go in again and tell them what I would like, they tell me what that would take; I say okay. A week or so later I get my bikes back and they perform just as I want and just as they said. Two different bikes, two different times and the same results both times. Consistency leads to satisfaction. I appreciate that.

Huge shoutout to the crew at Dallas Bike Mart! I just picked up my new Specialized Levo 4, and I couldn't be happier with the whole process. The staff and bike mechanics went above and beyond—they took the time to go over all the functionality with me and answered all my questions without rushing. The bike was in absolute mint condition when I took delivery. Excellent service from top to bottom!
