After we spoke by phone to schedule an appointment to come in, our salesperson (Mo) had the bike all ready to go for a test ride when we got there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained everything we needed to know about an e-bike and then took my wife out for a test ride for her to actual ride it. This made buying our first e-bike very easy. Plus they gave us a coupon to provide for a free basic tune-up after the first year.
