I have supported my local Bike shop that provides best quality parts, and services especially a top mechanic, that is a hard one to find, I have a long cycling a friend moved to Florida, she can't find a good one. We like Matt, we consider him our Mechanic, she says she cant find her Matt! I refer anyone to This shop and for services ask for Matt and tell him I sent them, he will take care of them.

Bike Mart’s website was easy to navigate and select the nearest store for pickup. Their timelines were accurate for assembly and pickup. When I arrived to get the bike, the staff was ready and willing to help. The staff was also friendly. The experience exceeded expectations.

Love your shop and it's close to home. I have not ridden in a while, so I came in for some new (smaller) shorts. Sales person was very helpful and friendly, as always. He helped me find what I needed and also recommended some new hydration products to try, which I purchased.

I especially appreciated Seth as he guided my wife and me through the purchase of a new bike that met her needs. He got out three bikes which she did test rides on. Also apprecaited the service department that got the bike ready for us, adding a mirror and water bottle holder. All in all, a great experience.

From the time I walked in the doors everyone was ready to help me solve a problem I had with connecting a burley trailer to my bike even though it wasn’t bought there. They even helped when I walked in 5 mins early. I didn’t have to ask and I was on a time crunch and Mo exceeded my expectations! He got me in and out and even looked my bike over for tomorrow’s bike ride I’m having in Dallas. He helped me get a part I needed from another store in the same day. I will say the customer service was lacking at the other store I went to and will continue going back to the Dallas location. Thank you again, Morris!
