This bike shop is A++. I was looking for a bike to ride around the neighborhood trails and start getting back into shape. The moment I walked into the store I was helped by a very attentive and informative professional. Alessandra was very helpful in understanding my needs and had me try a selection of upright cruiser style bikes. I choose the Specialized Roll 2.0 step-through and oh-boy am I a happy camper. I just took it for a 2 hr ride and it's so comfortable. Alessandra helped me with a bottle cage, fenders, a phone mount, and a bell. The store's mechanics installed it all. As I was waiting, Alessandra was just as helpful to other customers. I am a customer for life and can tell this shop is a well oiled machine. Thank you Bike Mart!
