Gabe provided outstanding service! Recommending the proper parts to breathe new life into my 25 year old mountain bike. I asked that all the old worn out parts be saved and returned to me and he met the request, which made be feel heard and that the Bike Mart really cared about providing a customized level of service that is so rare these days! The bike service was delivered on time and he followed through with every step he said would happen. I have 3 other bikes that I will have serviced at the Bike Mart because I know my safety and customer service will be taken care of! Thanks Gabe!
