Erin was so helpful and kind. She explained things in a way that was simple but holistic. She worked with us from beginning to end giving us updates through the process. Her knowledge of bikes and bike accessories was necessary for two new bikers with a lot of options. Thanks for RBM and Erin! We love our bikes and will be customers for as long as we live in Dallas!!
We’ve been to RBM twice for bikes and once for service so far. There’s always someone to assist with picking out a bike but I have never felt hovered over. The staff is always extremely knowledgeable, and are cyclists themselves. I’ve never felt pressured for an upsell, but I’ve always left with a better understanding of product and what fits my needs. I’m very happy with my experience, my purchase, and the service. I’m glad to have RBM in my area now that we’ve picked up biking as a hobby.
Also a thanks to Johnny B at the Richardson location for all his help.
Austen was very helpful and informative. The service desk was too. They explained everything included in my Tune-up very clearly. If anything I would recommend that you offer a reduced scope tune-up that just adjusts brakes and shifters for like $60. The $99 version is a pretty high price for the lowest-priced option for a tune-up
It was a wonderful experience. I worked with several staff members that were so knowledge, attentive and accommodating. They really went the extra mile to help me figure out what I needed within my budget as a beginner rider and took so much care in making sure my bike was adjusted perfectly for height and comfort.
I have been helped by Erin Hotchkiss the two times I have come into the store looking for bike. I usually have no clue what I am looking for, but Erin was able to ask me some questions to find out what kind of bike I needed and the accessories to go with it. She even had me test a couple of bikes to see which felt better. I ended up riding my purchased bike right to the lake after buying it. Great customer service!
