I bought a cheap trike and put it together-but the brakes and shifter didn’t work. I took it to Bike Mary for help and Josh was GREAT. He didn’t bat an eye that I’d tried to do this myself. He was able to fix everything I’d put together wrong and only charged me a tune-up fee. It didn’t take long and I was comfortably riding again in no time. HUGE THANK YOU to Josh and Bike Matt!

The shop was filled with awesome bikes, gear, tools, etc. This was our first trip in and had a great experience. Sales guy up front was friendly and informative, and the service team did a great job explaining what might have gone wrong and fixed our bike the same day. So I'll be taking another bike in for service and might just snag something for myself when I pick it up. They had some great deals in the showroom, you should check them out.
