Jonathan was super helpful about answering my questions regarding bike accessories and showing me the pros and cons of a bike I had purchased and brought in. They did a tune up for me as well and install all the items I bought that day for a minimal charge.

Working with Seth was awesome! He took time and explained and educated me a lot about the bike I purchased. I will say, that when I called for information about my bike I was passed around to a few people and they couldn’t find my bike and then made something up about it not being ordered and it wasn’t in the store. Then after about 10 min, the goat Seth called back and let me know my bike was in the store, the accessories were installed and the bike was ready for pickup.

The Turk hybrid bikes were fine for the paths around the lake and into Dallas. The rental pricing worked out for us because we were out for 5 hours but if I needed a rental for one lap of the lake I would go elsewhere.

I ordered a bike recently and expected a reasonable delivery date set by the store; however it went several days beyond everyone’s expectation. However, the management of the store took an active role in the issue and ultimately I was very satisfied with the result and I received my new bike. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
