It was amazing visiting the store in person. I didn’t get the guys name who helped us, but he was so great! Very knowledgeable and so helpful. We were picking up a tricycle we had bought online. He made sure we knew how to do everything before we left, helped us load it and genuinely cared about it all. We can’t wait to come back!

The staff at Bike Mart McKinney is absolutely fantastic! Their primary concern is making sure you are able to enjoy your cycling experience. Whether it is purchasing a bike, accessories or getting service they are there to help. They never oversell and are only interested in equipping you to meet your cycling goals. I would never go anywhere else when I have something I need something bike related!

I had 2 bikes tuned up and the person who did the intake, was personable and knew what he was talking about. The bikes were ready when they said they would be and they look great. The person that checked me out was friendly and actually helped me load them into my truck. It was a great experience.

Always friendly service. I had a tire that was losing air and I could not find the leak. It turns out (who knew?) that I should be occasionally ‘topping off’ the sealant in my tubeless tires. Problem solved. Thanks, Bike Mart.
