A very positive experience having my e-Bike serviced at Bike Mart. Had an issue with the front brake on my Aventon Level 2. Drake diagnosed and determined that the brake needed replaced. I ordered a new fb replacement from Aventon, brought in to Bike Mart a week later and they had installed the following day. Drake was super responsive, knowledgeable and great to work with. Nice job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone it seems from sales to service is passionate about bikes and cycling. They go out of their way to make sure you get all your answers and assistance with anything. I always walk out more knowledgeable than when I entered the building. I have bought 3 bikes there and will be more. I just wish they had that tip thing on the credit card machine. This is the one place i'd use it outside a restaurant!

I was helped by an older gentleman (I think his name was Dave) that was unbelievably helpful in choosing gear and getting my bike updated dramatically. new saddle working well, outstanding tires, and got new shoes and pedals and dramatically increased my speed on the bike. I am extremely pleased by the service, he was very patent, walked me thru every single aspect of the bike and items I may need in my preparation for training for the Dallas Half-Ironman coming up next year.
