I can trust that by bike will be repaired correctly and the guys will do what they say. Got my bike to them first thing, made the repair, checked over the bike and I was on my way. It's a 70 mile trip to get to Bike Mart so although I hate the drive, it's worth it in the end. Appreciate it!!

When I came in to drop off my airless tires to be installed, I knew that it was going to be difficult from the outset, so I apologized to the clerk when I dropped them off! When I got a message that the store was unable to get them onto the rims, and I wasn't surprised. I was however surprised when I went into the store to pick them up. While waiting for a clerk, a manager from the front desk came over to help me, and pulled up my name. He was surprised that they weren't able to get the tires on, and remembered that the store he was previously at had done tires like these before. He went out of his way to call up the person from the other store to ask about advice and tips on how to put them on (which I assumed he would just pass along to me so I could try again myself), but after the call was over, he explained that he could give them another go with employees to seat them, after letting them warm up for a few hours in the sun to soften them up. I didn't need the tires or wheel immediately, so I left them and thanked the person I spoke with for giving it another go. Within a day or two, I got a call that they were able to get the tires on after letting them soften up in the sun! I was able to come pick them up, and they are working perfectly. The manager and the employees went above and beyond to make sure I was helped, and I couldn't thank them enough. Here's to thousands of miles on my new tires that won't go flat!

The staffs (Victoria, Joe, and another gentlemen we met the day before whom I could not recall the name of) took a time to answer all of our questions, patiently gave us instructions on the ebikes we chose (and was considering for), and even stayed after hours to complete the sale. We are grateful for the smooth service and transaction and would not hesitate to recommend this store to our friends and families.

We have been going to Bike Mart in McKinney for a couple of years now. Each time we go, we interact with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The last trip was a combination of getting a bike tune-up and looking for a new bike. We were able to test ride one of their newer models, and the Bike Mart employee was helpful answering questions with no pressure to make a purchase right then and there. We really appreciate giving us space to make that decision.
