The service department was excellent. They are super customer focused and will work with you to make sure your bike is ready to go for an event. It was my first time calling in for a tune up, and I had no idea on timeline. They gave me the details and were able to slot me in. Very friendly - highly recommend coming here.

Needed some basic maintenance on my bike after a couple of low speed crashes. It was explained well, completed on time, and when other maintenance was noticed (tires) called and recommended replacement. Overall great work and bike was as good as new!

We bought a BMX bike over a year ago with the purchase we got the best insurance they offer I will definitely state that it was a wonderful thing to do we took the bike in for its extreme tune-up and walked away paying less than $50 and that replaced all of the important functioning pieces of the bike as well as they inspected all the welds and made sure he didn't break anything because it wouldn't be the first time he has done that. They did it in a timely manner and we are extremely happy my son says it's like having a brand new bike again.. Definitely grateful to Bike Mart and the staff that is in there giving their heart and soul to create wonderful memories for their customers.
