Barry and Andy of the McKinney store were very helpful in getting my son's BMX race bike tuned up. Explained what they would be doing and completed it. We will be taking the bike in the future there for tune ups, etc. Would like something BikeMart to wear at the races to let BMX'ers know you work on BMX bikes. We travel to 6 BMX tracks in the state, but race weekly at the Cowtown track in Ft Worth and the track in Desoto. thank you [NAME REMOVED]

I've used BikeMart for repairing and maintaining my Specialized hybrid for several years. They have always done a good job at a fair price. I've always experienced knowledgeable, courteous service. Most recently, Barry provided me with personalized insights and tips on how to protect my bike from corrosive environmental conditions that were affecting it.

The McKinney location provided prompt, professional, and friendly service. I brought my Cervelo Aspero-5 eTap bike in for a tune-up. The personnel were knowledgeable and reassuring of their skills and abilities to tune the "whole" bike. When I picked the bike up it looked brand new and all systems functional. Would recommend.
