I took my bike in for a maintenance check-up since it had been quite a while since I purchased it and about 8 months since I last rode it. I didn't catch the young man's name who helped me, but he was great! He did a basic review of my bike and told me it was actually in excellent shape and there was really nothing he could do to it for maintenance. He replaced the batteries on my trip computer and its sensor and installed a new holder for my cellphone, all while I waited, which only took about 10 minutes. He was prompt, friendly, and very professional, everything I've come to expect when I do business with Bike Mart! Great job on the customer service and taking care of what I needed done (and not done) on my bike. I rode it the next day and it was great to be back on the road.
I had to make multiple visits to the store to purchase my new mountain bike, get some gear fitted, and get my road bike serviced. The service across the board was top notch and will definitely be going back for all my cycling needs. I also want to give a shout out to Graham. He helped me a ton throughout this entire process.
Every time I show up and greeted with a smiling face and great personalities (especially Steve Gandy), always ready to help folks in times of needs, great bicycles and great parts.
Services were friendly, professional and fast. Ordered a SE Bikes Fast Ripper online and then brought it in to get assembled to keep the lifetime warranty on the bike. Work was done fast. With in two hours of dropping it off at the scheduled appointment time it was done. Bike looked awesome and was put together well. Employees were all very cool and helpful.
The guy who led the bike maintenance class on Saturday April 19th did a great job. And, the guy that helped me with a few other purchases was also excellent.
