Richard was very accommodating and answered my questions and concerns about my road bike. He made the appropriate diagnosis and adjustments to the chain drive as well as offered some tips for basic maintenance. He also helped me booked the basic bike maintenance class out right in the store. Superb customer service indeed.

Your staff is very nice and helpful! I showed up 30 minutes to closing and they assisted me with a flat tire. They even adjusted my bike seat for free, which was great (because let's face it, who doesn't love free stuff??) their selection is also very affordable compared to other specialty stores I've been to. They also offer really cool discounts that help knock off some of the price. This is a really great place!

It’s a 10 because I love Bikemart But to be honest The lack of sales skills is shocking I’ve been in sales for a long time and run a sales team now and I’m only filling this out because I want you all to be successful. I also had a buddy come in the day before and told me how bad his sales experience was also. You are truly a great business but your sales team needs a huge bump up
