Brought friends to Bike Mart to rent bikes for the group ride. I chose to bring my friends here because I knew we could trust them to cover us in every aspect. Hannah was very welcoming and helpful in getting the rental bikes set up making it a smooth transaction. We thank the team for a good, safe ride and even Luis and Graham for the SAG! Everyone had a positive experience with the associates at the store and are eager to return!

I came in to purchase a Specialized e-bike. Graham was fantastic and detailed when it came to ensuring the bike was a proper fit. I’d tried and actually purchased a Medium (based on the measurements and specifications on Specialized website). When being fitted, he told me the Small would be a better fit. He was 100% correct and even though I had to wait a few extra days to have the Small transferred to Richardson, I’m so glad I did.

The people I dealt with on Saturday, Sunday and Monday were terrific. They were patient, well-informed, took me to look at several options, and not the most expensive ones. While I came back Sunday and asked for the salesperson I saw Saturday, the front desk looked and saw he was tied up and promptly found me another very knowledgeable salesperson. When I came back yesterday to solve a problem, the new bike's rear axle hub didn't fit into my exercise stand, the third salesperson quickly found a replacement part and installed it right away.

I was happy that I was scheduled for my repair appointment. This allowed me to keep my bike and ride it until the appointment day. It was repaired that day and I had it the next day.
