Honest answers when I asked questions, the choices I made for my repair were all mine with no pressure at all. In the end their attention to detail found an issue with my fork which Rock Shox not only replaced under warranty but upgraded. Side note my bike 4 years old at the time but risen little after I was sidelined due to injury.

I had a great buying experience at Richardson Bike Mart. I have lived in the area for years and never stepped foot in the store. I have purchased several bikes, new and used, online always thinking that I could save money. I was surprised that there was a huge selection of bikes to choose from and the prices were very fair. The sales staff (Louie) was very helpful. After explaining what I was looking for, he helped me find the bike that fit my physical frame. I was also able to ride the bike "before" I bought it to make sure it felt right. I would recommend anyone looking for a bicycle to go check it out. Don't keep second guessing yourself and settling for something that you won't be happy with.. Love this store!

Joe was amazing. He helped me through the process of trading in some bikes that I had no use for. The communication was great while the bikes were being evaluated for trade in. When the time came to select the new bikes, he was extremely patient and thorough and I walked out very pleased with what we picked out. It was a great experience overall.
