I can always find what I need. A few years ago I brought in family to get new bikes and they were treated so wonderfully. Most important for us, a few years ago I was participating in a bike event and got up at 4am only to realize my front tire was flat. I had no way to replace it so we went to the event, walked up to your truck, said we needed to buy a tube and you all replaced it--aired it up--and charged us nothing and told me to have a good ride.
