First. I don't know many people who are capable of buying a house that I could refer. Second, I am a skeptical person. I won't really know how good the home inspection was until we get in the house and correct things etc. That being said, Paul was professional and his inspection seemed thorough. When asked not to make jokes to our autistic family members, he immediately stopped. That was respectful. Looking over a whole house in a few hours is an enormous undertaking, and as of now, we are happy with the result. It helps that the house in question was well cared for by its previous owners.
