The services are excellent. They communicate very well about what to expect and they are honest about next steps either for services to consider or other options that are good. They were very helpful for someone who does not know a lot about bikes. They are the best!
The customer service is fantastic. In a time when it is really hard to find customer service Sarah and Jake go above and beyond. The products would likely be the same at any other Trek store but the service is absolutely amazing. They take the time to get to know you and what you want and set out to make your experience positive.

I needed to replace the chainring for my Trek Dual Sport 2 bicycle.and was having trouble on Red Clover's website trying to complete my purchase, primarily due to my vision issues making the live chat almost impossible. I have to close one eye and use a 3" magnifying glass on my 13" vintage laptop. I was totally frustrated but needed the part so I called to see if I could talk to a real person and not a computer or recording.Sure enough, a lady answered the phone on the second or third ring, I think her name was Denise.She had a most pleasant and vibrant energy in her voice; a smile in her voice they used to say, while she patiently walked me through all the steps it took to place my order. I asked her to wait until it had gone through before she hung up. Within minutes, the Red Clover system kicked in, I got email confirmation and a short time later, a tracking number, and the next morning notification it had shpped. information. From my point of view as a senior citizen, this lady was indeed, a REAL person, not just a voice on the line reciting company policy, terms, and have a nice day, thank you. Her personal attention and willingness to spend the necessary time for a small sale,such as mine, is why I highly recommend Red Clover for all your cycling needs.
