I recently took my bike to Red Kite Cycles for a repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly welcoming. I asked if I could watch the repair process, and they were more than happy to let me observe and even took the time to explain what they were doing and why. It was clear they really know their stuff and care about both the bikes and the people who ride them. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. It’s rare to find such great service and expertise in one place. Highly recommend Red Kite Cycles – whether you need a repair or just good advice, they’ve got you covered.

From the warm welcome of an offer of a hot drink and smiles, this company has been incredibly efficient in their communication and actions and has got me cycling back on the road again within 7 weeks! Their high quality stock, a bike that I loved at first sight, the ordering of a reduced chain-wheel direct from the bike manufacturer to the purchase and setting up of lights, a helmet, a cyclometer and pump - nothing was too much trouble! Keep flying 'Red Kite Cycles' and a big thumbs up from a very happy customer. :-)

Duncan and colleagues very professional and welcoming. Did what I asked and more after advising me. Speedy, interested, sympathetic to retain elements of my classic bike while making sure it is safe on the road.
