A bike shop full of years of experience and knowledge also, a passion about cycling. Chased my tail with bike adjustments over a 12 month period and after having a good bike fit a RK, I now feel great and the bike.

I recently took my bike to Red Kite Cycles for a repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly welcoming. I asked if I could watch the repair process, and they were more than happy to let me observe and even took the time to explain what they were doing and why. It was clear they really know their stuff and care about both the bikes and the people who ride them. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Very friendly, helpful and encouraging to someone who has not cycled for years, on my ‘classic’ ( i.e. old ) bike. Ordered a part for me and then fitted it two days later.
