From the warm welcome of an offer of a hot drink and smiles, this company has been incredibly efficient in their communication and actions and has got me cycling back on the road again within 7 weeks! Their high quality stock, a bike that I loved at first sight, the ordering of a reduced chain-wheel direct from the bike manufacturer to the purchase and setting up of lights, a helmet, a cyclometer and pump - nothing was too much trouble! Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Wasn't trying to sell me a more expensive bike. Took time going through features of each base model to find exactly what I am looking for out of a bike, tailored to my goals. Highly recommended, would buy from this shop again in a heartbeat.
