Service was great. We only rented bikes from Andy, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. If he approaches sales and service like he did with us for just renting, he is awesome.

Small shop, but awesome people. I live in the ATL area and was looking to rent a bike for a couple of days to avoid transporting mine while here for a board meeting. While it was not easy to find a road bike to rent, when I did, I was glad it was with these guys. They went out of their way to help me with various items and never seemed annoyed or frustrated. This is what customer service should look like. When I come back, there is only one place I will call.

Jeff was friendly, very knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell me on superfluous parts or services, even coming in under my original estimate as he got into the work and realized I could do without some things in the estimate. Will be highly recommending this shop to others!

Honesty and clear communication. Both times I've had work done on my bikes it was a zero judgment thorough experience. Jeff explains what is needed vs what would be nice and I learn a thing or too after my bikes are fixed up and running great. Price and timeline for work always seems fair and reasonable.
