I recently purchased a bike here for my 10-year old son. The salesman was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The bike was outside of our budget but after discussing it further, we decided to move forward with the purchase. Red Wing Bicycle made sure all components of the bike were fine-tuned before we left with it. Fast forward 3 months and there was an accident with the bike. I immediately took it to Red Wing Bicycle. The saleman was honest about the lead time and provided a quote for the repairs. The bike was completed BEFORE the date given and with no hidden costs. The bike looked brand new when we picked up. Overall, I highly recommend! And it feels good to give a local shop the business.
