I have only visited twice but both times the employees were super friendly and helpful for my fur baby. I also love how they have a partnership with the humane society to help find fur-ever homes for abandoned animals.

I wanted to try a new dog food, and she explained about it...how to prepare it, it's good points over other types of dog food. The woman is, I think, the manager maybe? She's probably 50-60 with white/grey hair. Very friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. After I got home I realized that I hadn't given her my name to put in the computer, and so I didn't get reminded about my Chuck.n.Dons bonus money taken off my bill. That frustrated me a bit. Doesn't change anything, I still love Chuck.n.Dons!

I like Chuck and Don's cat food variety and the many things they have to make my cats' lives better. Sue and Carrie are very knowledgeable about the products you all have for cats and have helped me many times fine the right toy, food and other things for my cats. I also love that Chuck and Don's gives our local Humane Society a chance to get homeless kitties adopted.
