We love the dog parks and all of the Green space! The walking trails are perfect for long walks or short walks and there are plenty of different parks to keep things fresh. We love all of the events the community puts on like the farmers market and fire pit nights! We also appreciate having the urgent care so close by as we are only 5 minutes away from our pediatrician!

I absolutely adore this place! Tha parks here are generously spacious, perfect for kids to go out and play to their hearts content. The sidewalks are maintained well and inviting you for leisurely strolls, and they add a touch of charm to the surroundings. The proximity of the parks to each other is a delightful bonus, making it incredibly convenient to explore multiple green spaces in one outing. It's the best for children, offering both fun and convenience in abundance.

Usually Im not a fan of suburbs, but this one is less sprawly and has pathways and parks to walk to which is very relaxing. Neighbors are nice and it looks like there are regular community events. One thing I am concerned with is the amount of crime in the surrounding communities-- porch thieves, car break ins, etc. Its only a matter of time till that spreads here. Not sure what is being done or can be done about it.

The overall design of Reed's Crossing improves safety for autos, pedestrians, and bicyclists plus the trails makes a walk easy any time of day. The location allows access to the coast and the cultural activities of downtown Portland. The multiple playgrounds are a plus for our grandchild and the pet area for our dog. The neighbors are delightful and inclusive. Overall, it is easy living giving us time to just plain enjoy!

I like this community because everyone seems to know each other and kind. There are great views, plenty of green space, walking trails and activities for kids. It’s proximity to grocery stores (& upcoming store), health club, restaurants.
