First I loved online booking. Having to call someone during business hours to make an appointment is stressful and inconvenient. When I decided in the middle of the night I wanted to get my hair done, I was able to immediately make an appointment. Second, I loved that it’s local. Not having to drive to TC was *chef’s kiss*. Now the experience itself was 12/10. I walked in the door and Hope was so nice. Salons can be intimidating, and right away I felt at ease. The Aveda products all smell amazing and I just felt my self-care dial turn to the max. I had gone like a year without a professional hair cut, and I’d kind of given up. Finding Hope less than a mile from my house? Happy dance! Cartwheels! I ended up with the best hair cut I’ve had in six years of living up north. I’m so grateful.
