This was my first haircut with Katie since moving to Suttons Bay and she was great! She came highly recommended from another Refuge client. I love how she conditioned, cut and styled my hair. It looks much healthier than it has in a long time. I am happy to have her be my hair stylist from this point forward!

Very friendly personnel, welcoming and courteous. Comfortable seating, wash stations. Kerri did a great job on my first haircut with her, following exactly what I wanted. The cut held its shape very well until my next cut. Partial highlight turned out perfectly. I felt like I had been her client for years. She listens to what you’re after so well. We are summer residents so I will definitely book my appointments with Kerri for next spring and summer.

I live near the tip of the peninsula and I like the convenient location. All staff were cheerful and helpful. I was able to take advantage of a cancellation. I like the way my hair looks.

Stylist was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She asked about the style I wanted, what products I was currently using. and to what extent I was satisfied with my most current haircut. I was very pleased with the results and booked my next appointment.
