Prompt responses and detailed breakdown of service is extremely helpful to get an idea of what is needed to be done to take care of the pest inspection and what has been done. The only thing I would add is if you could also add pictures of infested areas and probable causes. Being a property manager, I don't necessarily see the inside of the unit at the time of the infestation so pictures would help in case tenant tries to downplay the severity of the infestation

Everything is good but when the current technician is spraying for cockroaches he has been spraying only jthe kithchen the previous technician sprayed the front of the coffee house meaning the main area behind the counter
