Activities like group classes are FREE! Monthly membership fee is very reasonable. Staff is outgoing,warm, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Facilities are very clean. I love that there is a sauna for when I get out of their large pool. When I use the treadmills during the day, there are plenty of machines available-not crowded at all. Members chat with each other and with staff while working out on the machines. There is a sense of community; people seem to know each other, like it's not just a place to exercise; it's a gathering place to socialize while getting healthy. I also like that they have group classes, such as yoga and zumba, for different levels of ability, for beginners like me. I love that I can go to any YMCA in Greensboro even though I'm a member at the Reidsville Y, and if I bring a guest, they just pay a small fee for the day. I can't believe I get this and so much more for my small membership fee!

I love the group Silver Sneakers classes, especially the 3:30 pm class on Mondays, as the afternoons work so much better for me. Emma and Emily both do an amazing job with all Silver Sneakers classes. Love them all! They are at an intensity and pace that is more suitable for me than the regular classes. Love the Bingo, that is so much fun, would love that more often. Loved how you had chair massages made available to members. Would love that more often as well. The basketball court and weight machines are a lot of fun as well. :-)
