I enjoy coming to the Reidsville Y and having the staff recognize me and greet me by name. Their facility is well kept and if a machine is out of service, it isn't for long. They have a good variety of classes available for all levels of fitness. I especially like my personal trainer, Mo. She keeps me going when I'm ready to give up. She changes up the exercises so I don't get bored with my workout. I would recommend Mo, but I don't want competition for her time slots.
