The staff, Deanna and Marisol, were very friendly and welcoming! They truly cared about the members, and the facility has a strong community feel. Renaissance Pointe is more than just a place to work out, it's a space where people of all ages and backgrounds can come together, grow, and support one another. The programs being offered are impactful, especially for youth and families, and the Y’s presence in this neighborhood makes a real difference!

Every staff member is pleasant and the facility is always busy but less overwhelming that some of the other sites. The pool is my favorite of all the greater Fort Wayne facilities as well.

The staff are friendly & knowledgeable. The building is clean and well lit. The outside of the building is well kept. I have not attended Renaissance Pointe for long, as I have only recently moved to the southeast part of the city, but I was pleasantly surprised.

It was a great experience. Only problem was. If you are teaching the basic skills of basketball it need to be done in a better manner. Not only single out certain kids. Do them all the same way. They are already going through things in life

I love the after school food program you guys have for the kids not every ymca does that and I think it’s amazing the renaissance is trying to make sure kids aren’t hungry I love and appreciate that…also the child watch here is amazing!

The ladies in child watch are phenomenal. They know my son by name and remember his favorite toys to play with. I love how welcoming and personal the child watch area is.
