Renee is everything that I would hope for in a realtor when we sold our home after living in it for 34 years. She listened to my wife and I when decided to list our house, understanding us, our goals and listening to our concerns. She then explained what she thought would be the best execution plan for us to sale our home, based on what she heard.
Throughout the entire process, Renee answered our questions very quickly. She also gave us heads up on any notification that we would receive, so that we were never blindsided.
She also guided us through the closing process and what to expect, since it had been so many years since our last close.
Renee made a very stressful and emotional event almost effortless. Renee brings honor to the Real Estate profession. I would recommend her to anyone.

Renee and Brie made the selling of our home in Berkley as easy of a process as it could have been. They know the Berkley area very well which was one of the reasons that I went with them. They answered all of my questions and followed through on all of their promises. They put in the work necessary to get my home sold quickly and for the highest dollar. Everything! From my first meeting with Renee, I knew she was the right fit for what I needed!
She has great knowledge of real estate and her market. Renee is always very kind and understanding. It was my parent's house and my childhood home, making it very hard for me to sell. I can't say enough about Renee and Brie! I live in Grand Rapids, MI and they were more than willing to help make sure lights were off, doors were locked and even try to get a WiFi thermostat back online even though I knew they have quite busy schedules. Excellent top-notch People. I will highly recommend the Selling Woodward team and already have.

Renew and Brie made the whole entire process stress free! They took care of everything, had referrals for all the various services we may need and were incredibly patient with us as we moved through the process. If your buying a new home I highly recommend working with these two ladies. I also love the partnership that they have, one of them is always available to go to showings or answer questions, which allows them to spend time with their own families!! They have a created a beautiful inclusive business! I will actually miss seeing them as we search for a new home!!
