Renee was the ultimate professional at all times. When I was looking to purchase a home, the market was difficult for buyers because there were so many of them, but her persistence and positive attitude kept me in a positive state of mind and focus! Renee also helped me sell a house, and at the final walk through, the buyer pulled out. We worked together, without dwelling on what happened, to get the house back on the market 4 days later and it sold for more than the first offer! Renee's experience and connections made a bad situation workable! I have already recommended her to one of my friends.

Renee Stiglmeier is a talented and knowledgeable real estate agent. She has handled two real estate transactions for my family and we couldn’t have been happier with her work and results! She sold my mother-in-law’s home in two days! Renee made an emotional experience for the family much easier and seamless. I’m addition, my son and Renee looked at many houses last summer so he could purchase his first home. Renee guided him through the process of looking and homes and educating him the many layers of home buying. They looked at many houses. Renee Stiglmeier comes to mind whenever anyone asks me if I know a realtor to help buy a house or sell a home. Fortunately for me Renee is a neighbor of mine for over sixteen years. During this time of having her acquaintance we have developed a mutual neighborly friendship.
Her character defines trustworthiness, including honesty, reliability, and punctuality. She is loyal and genuine and that is why I have trusted her with the most important realty endeavors my family has experienced in the past 4 years.
First, Renee found a home for my son Thomas approximately 3 years ago. Secondly, Renee found another home for my other son Robert a year later. As a mother , I was nervous at first because this was a very important step for them both buying their first homes. But I can assure you Renee put me at ease. She was always looking out for the best interest for my sons and treated them both like they were her own. She also had great resources for assisting them with the financing.
The past spring my family had made the tough decision to sell my parents' home in Orchard Park. Of course, I recommended Renee for the job. Another good decision on my part. We listed the house early June. The house sold in 8 days! Renee's knowledge through out the market helped us in determining a reasonable price for the house. The house sold significantly higher than our asking price. This certainly helped with the process. She was suggestive to the minor repairs that needed to be done and even helped us find the contractors to fix the porch and some chimney repairs. She also helped us tastefully stage the house. This was a loving home that my parents had for many years we had many great memories in this house. Renee was extremely sensitive with all the family members that were involved with the sale. Positive in every way! Renee did a fantastic job for us. She was very professional and upfront with us with everything. Her knowledge of the market and its ups and downs was so helpful. She was patient with us , never got frustrated and always got back to us in a timely fashion. Selling is stressful and she made it a positive experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
