My daughter and I came to the store to buy a bike lock. Simple enough, right? When we saw the display with a wide variety of locks, each offering different levels of security, mechanisms, and price points, we realized this purchase would not be as simple as we thought. A friendly, knowledgeable, and honest Trek team member saved us from a bunch of cellphone research and stewing over the decision. He provided a demonstration of how a lock I had never seen before worked and his honest opinion on the level of security needed. I’m grateful for the help we received! Thank you!

I rented a mountain bike from Trek in Boulder. The online process was a bit onerous, but everything else in my experience was top-notch. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The bike pick up was smooth and the drop off was easy as well. Staff was interested in where I had gone and how the bike had performed. The Trek mountain bike I rented worked flawlessly for four days in the Utah desert. A great rental experience!

Prices are good, fun group and I always get good advice. Recently, they noticed my bottom bracket was cracked. It could easily have caused an accident at an inconvenient time; like going down a mountain road at 30mph.
