Your mechanics went above and beyond to deal with a factory mistake that caused the break fluid to leak out and corrode the whole front break area including the e assist button. Warranteed the whole thing AND gave me the exact bike as a loaner while mine was being fixed!!! Top notch service!!

Everyone at the store here in Boulder were great to work with! We'd like to especially thank Amy for the time she spent with us to get us on the right bikes and answer all of our questions to help us on our bike search, regardless of whether we bought from Trek or not. Her supportive approach definitely made us more inclined to buy a Trek! Then on pick up day, everyone in the store was so helpful towards us! Happy to be part of the Trek family!

The customer service was excellent. They helped me find a replacement basket for the one that had broken, shipped it to the Boulder location, and I was able to pick it up from the store in a matter of a minute or 2, even while they were busy. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Quickly finding and ordering the replacement without any hassle.
