I am a small older woman who has biked recrecationally my entire life. I wasn't ready to give it up and having an ebike allowed me to keep up with my younger friends and family. I'd been shopping for smaller framed ebike for over a year, having sold me previously too large one that I'd had for years. Important aspects for me were frame size, handlebar position and weight. I have to be able to get it onto my rack by myself. So over a year ago, I road the Verve by Trek.. really liked it... but the fenders were not compatible with my bike rack. Last month I discovered the Trek Dual Sport2 and it certainly was worth waiting for... small frame, no fenders and lighter weight than any other I'd looked at that didn't cost megabucks. Amy, at the Boulder TREK store was a godsend in getting me set up, understanding my issues and making sure I'd found my "home" on my bike. Thank you SO much.
