I'm a road cyclist who was recently injured. I have been given permission from my doctor to start riding bikes again but need to ride something with a more relaxed position than my road bike. I came into the Trek Store in Boulder, CO looking for a mountain bike. Amy helped me out and checked my fit on several mountain bikes and a city bike. She was very helpful in understanding my injury and made great recommendations about how different bikes would fit me. I ended up purchasing a different bike than I had ever considered because of Amy's guidance. She prioritized my health and comfort over selling a more expensive bike. Her willingness to do that truly earned my trust and I'm planning to go back to the Trek Store to purchase a new road bike once I'm fully back from my injury. A big thank you to Amy who deserves a lot of credit for having the customer's best interest in mind and who's expert guidance earned a lot of trust!

Max was wonderful! He was very skilled at finding and fixing the problem with my bike. I needed a new seat and he helped me find the right size. He also showed me how to add a light using a double holder as well as a rear light, which he installed after I purchased them. I never felt pressure to purchase anything but after educating me, I bought more equipment.
