Chad was very helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He let me test ride the bike I had went in to look at and actually found me durning the test ride to have me try out a different option. By the time I got back to the shop he had already adjusted the first bike and it was ready to go when for purchase. He helped me pick out a helmet and got me signed up for the bike recovery program. It was a great experience purchasing the bike and I will be coming back for maintenance and accessories in the future.

Regarding service, I got a full, honest assessment of the cost of complete repair to my old Trek, and at a reasonable cost. Prior to that, I had scoped out the cost of a new bike at the Trek store. That gave me a baseline for what I was willing to pay for repair. Which turned out to be 3-4 times lower than a new bike. For me, that was the right decision.

These folks were amazing - we're on a long road trip and living in a trailer so our time in this area was super limited. Big shoutout to Devin at Trek who fielded my phone call and said, "you know, we can make it happen" for a brake fix on our child's 20" Trek bike. I called four other places that didn't think they could make it happen, so we're just super grateful for the team there and the willingness to get us back on wheels. I would highly recommend, super professional team and everyone was really positive and had a "get it done" attitude. Thank you!

Sales and Service at the Trek store in boulder, Colorado did a fantastic job of steeringme to the trek checkpoint ALR5. It was on sale. Service did a great job of getting the bike ready and adding componentry. I went on my first 20 mile gravel route the next day and am outstandingly happy with the performance of the bike on gravel trails and pavement! I highly recommend the Trek bicycle store in Boulder as well as the Checkpoint ALR5 gravel bike!

My (new to me) second-hand shaft-drive bike needed a once-over and rear tire repair. Fast service and well explained on the things that needed attention. Adjustments were made for my fit by a knowledgeable guy named Chris. A new running light and helmet, and I’m now good to go!
