I love that the store offers free service if I drop by for a quick or adjustment. This goes a long way toward building lasting relationships with bike owners like me. As a consequence, I have bought one bicycle out of the shop and have spent substantial monies getting larger, more intense service jobs done there. I will continue to use your shop due to the nice men in the servicing department and the excellent work they provide.

Your service department is top notch! They are always willing to help fix whatever is going on with my bike when I drop in. I was just in there yesterday and the gentleman that helped me was awesome! Max has helped me quite a few times as well and is great! You have a great team and they deserve a raise!!!!!

The Trek staff helped me get parts for and then install them to fix up an old commuter bike. They were very helpful and patient with me. They helped me by fixing up an olf bike that a friend had given me.
