Great customer service, super friendly & knowledgable staff, clean facilities. Personal attention to our dog. He loves RB and, in fact, knows when we are going each morning as he runs to the door and can't wait to get in the car to go.
Our dog had a great time with the pack at Reserved Barking. The evaluation day is free of charge so they can ensure that your dog is a good fit with their service. You also get a doggie report card at the end of the day so you know how your pup behaved in various situations.
Pleasant staff. Lily likes to visit you for the day, she goes in with her tail wagging. Efficient, well run.
Easy to reserve a place on line. Like being able to buy a 5 day pass and not have to pay each visit. Like the way they keep track of
the shot record and warn you need shots soon.
The staff was super understanding with my shy dog and made every effort to get her to warm up to them. They didn't push or rush her, just let her adjust at her own speed. I was very nervous about taking my dog to daycare because of how timid she is around strangers, but i'm so glad I chose Reserved Barking.
I am very satisfied with the Day Care and how my dogs "love" to go to Reserved Barking. I must say, I am disappointed in the training of my dog Lilly, that I paid for last year with Brian. the training was supposed to be done during a week where she stayed during my vacation. I never received any feedback on the training nor on the $$ that I paid for this training. I do take my part of responsibility in that I did not contact Brian, but as the customer, I did not. Honestly, over the years, I have not been happy with the training that I paid for my dog. Day Care and Boarding is wonderful.
Friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff that takes time to get to know our dogs. We feel comfortable and confident that they will be well cared for when staying at Reserved Barking. Our pups are so excited to come, play, and return home relaxed.
I love your policy of taking an entire day to access the dog's personality & suitability for daycare. It shows you know your stuff, truly love dogs, are confident in your business model and want to build a long lasting relationship with the dog & owner. I'm shocked by how many other daycare centers charge you a fee for assessing your dog - which amounts to nothing more than a way for them to make a quick $20 while taking your dog out of your sight for 15 minutes.
