We've been using this company for many years and are mostly happy with it. Physical service and most communication are good. However, there seems to be an issue when charging us for our monthly service. We agreed upon a set amount due to my health issues and the rising cost of everything. The price of $56.00 was set, yet we were just charged an increased price without any previous communication.This seems to happen every few months. It's frustrating when both people in the house work full- and also have health issues.

We use our outdoor spaces a lot - side yard, front entrance, back yard - everywhere you look kids, adults, people walk out into this designated people space and it has been cared for by - Responsible Pest (formerly Pest Friends) and - of course - our family. The relationship is two fold, they teach us what we can do to help ensure our grounds stay safe - and - we make sure plants, outdoor furniture, etc. all are cared for in ways that do not invite desert life into the people space. EVERYONE knows to be observant - we want to be great neighbors to the desert life!

It took a few months but I finally worked out the pest control service time/day with the technician. He had come several times that were not appropriate for me. I prefer to be on site when he comes if possible. I do appreciate the pre-visit call and I appreciate the service being about the same day/time each month. My Technician is Alex and he does a good job and is very professional and courteous.

Abraham is a great technician. I don't like being confronted with giving a tip. Im retired and on a very limited income. My hoa doesn't provide adequate pest control. Thank you for keeping my home free from pests.
