Love the staff who could not be friendlier or more helpful. The sauna would be more comfortable if it were a larger model - just a but more area would make it possible to stretch out. Also, it never ever gets up to even 150 degrees until last five minutes. Still hoping adjustments can be made so it can be worth the time. The pricing and special offerings and packages are absurdly confusing and conflated making it very difficult to do comparisons for best values. The staff is unendingly patient and kind as they have to constantly spent lots of time trying to explain them to clients.
