Always greeted with a friendly hello. Consistent prompt attention to my appointment by the staff. Kiah always begins every appointment asking me how my skin is doing and if I have any new concerns. She offers encouragement but more importantly the science behind how skin reacts to treatments and what I can expect. She goes the extra mile to give arm and neck massages while my peel is processing. Always offers new ideas but never pushy. Highly recommend Kiah and RESTORE of Bluffton SC

Friendly, welcoming staff that assisted me and my family (using guest passes) for our first visit to the Bluffton location. Staff was very helpful, the location was very nice and the equipment for the services completed that day (cryotherapy, red light therapy and leg compression) was top notch. Will definitely return!

That the customer service is consistently excellent—the team actually cares about you. They’ll even check in if you haven’t been in for a while, which makes you feel seen and supported. The services themselves are amazing for both physical and mental renewal. My personal favorite is the cryotherapy—I’ve really been feeling the benefits and look forward to each session. Life gets so busy, and it means a lot to have a place like Restore where I can prioritize self-care and do something good for myself.
