The staff at the Carmel Rd location are just the best! They always greet you at the door asking how your day is going. Every one is very personable and knowledgeable about the services offered. My husband and I bought memberships and go as often as we can. The services are really great and do help with our overall health. The nursing staff offer recommendations for an IV, all you have to do is tell them what you are in need of that day - more energy, help recover from an illness, etc. The facilities are always very clean and the rooms are always prepared for the next client. Damian is a great manager and person! We highly recommend Restore and all the services they have to offer.

I go to Restore for the services, but the people are the main reason I come back. The team at the Carmel location is awesome. We always have great conversations about their services, sports in general and other local happenings. They take an interest in their customers and get to know them and really make it a fun place to be for wellness and recovery.

Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. I received an IV as I was sick and they took complete care of me. I could breathe better almost immediately and was able to clear out all the junk in my sinuses within 20 minutes which was amazing. It was very clean and the chairs are so comfortable that it was hard to leave as I was so relaxed. I highly recommend them!!

Restore Hyper Wellness in Carmel (Pine View, Charlotte) has been absolutely amazing since day one. From my very first visit, the experience has been consistently welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Damien is incredible and truly sets the tone for the space — knowledgeable, attentive, and always making sure you feel comfortable and supported. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful. No matter who’s on the clock when I go, everyone is always so sweet, friendly, and happy to help. That consistency says a lot about the culture here. You never feel rushed, overlooked, or like “just another appointment.” They take the time to explain things, check in, and make sure you’re having the best experience possible. It’s rare to find a place where every single visit feels this positive. Highly recommend this location — you can tell they truly care about their clients and what they do.
