I did a cryo session, Lipo+B12 injection, and leg compression session. I was scared of the intensity of the cryo. However, the staff made it so much fun and my mindset quickly shifted to endurance mode. They had be pick a favorite song, then explained the entry/exit process to me. They were encouraging throughout the 2.5minutes of cryo. Staying on the outside watching the whole time, to make sure I was safe. I felt an immense energy from the experience, and it was fun! Go with a friend and it will take your mind off of it and make it go faster. Thank you Restore, for a fun healthy experience!
