I found the atmosphere and the staff very welcoming and supportive. Believe me, I needed that support getting out of the chamber. Overall it went well. I was not prepared for the intense pain in my ears (that went beyond just ears popping) and eustation tube that was really intense. It eventually left— but the intensity lasted a good 10 minutes. I was just not prepared. It’s just a case of not having the needed information. The actual experience after the ear pain was good. I went into a meditation and actually heard continuous music which was nice. I am still feeling the effects so I have not made a clear, informed decision yet. Many thanks.
