I was welcomed the moment I stepped inside, and it was a genuine welcome. This was my first time, and the ladies were so patient and kind, and I didn't feel rushed in any way. My IV was placed on the first go, and without pain - I'm typically a very difficult stick, so this earned this location a 10/10 immediately. From there, I was checked on frequently, and offered blankets and water (no need, it was very comfortable!). As a nurse, I can appreciate how busy it was, and how much attention was given to every detail of my IV infusion. As a patient, I felt very safe and comfortable, from the very clean environment, to the NP visit PRE-IV, the nurse managing my infusion, and the ladies at the front desk having absolute patience for every question I had.
I will absolutely be back, and have already been telling everyone about this experience.
