Wonderful service from beginning to end! Melissa assisted me with the waiver and enrollment, she was so professional and sweet. Liz the aesthetician was wonderful and so skilled. The facial was very relaxing, yet Liz was so personable and delightful to talk to. I was impressed by the atmosphere, cleanliness and the staff overall. I so look forward to scheduling more services whenever I am in town.

At first it was questionable because the staff when I first joined did not seem engaged and it felt like I was always rushed. I had someone drop the Cryo Facial handheld machine on my head. I noticed a gentleman on his cell phone as he was giving me the local cryo on my face. Lately it has been a lot better. Staff are friendly, check up on customers, and provide feedback and gently offer other services. Honestly one of the reasons why I froze my account. I was getting annoyed that I was paying for a service that felt like an errand versus a calming experience. 2 suggestions. I know it may be difficult as room cannot spawn but an additional sauna would be ideal, they are super difficult to book. Also, not have the CRYO chamber play the music so loudly. It does not allow the person receiving a facial to relax and enjoy their experience.

I love Restore, they have so much to offer and the staff is very friendly, they make you feel welcome. Their equipment is immaculate and up-to-date and they offer online educational classes as well. I love the cryo, you walk out feeling exhilarated. I also recommend the infrared sauna, which gives your body a chance to remove toxins.
