The services are the exact things I need to support my otherwise healthy lifestyle. I love the red light therapy, whole body cryo and IV drip. Although I eat a varied diet and supplement with OTC supplements, I find that I can feel the difference in my energy, sleep habits and overall vitality when I come to restore. The people are warm, friendly and welcoming. It feels like a community experience when I come in.

The staff is very friendly. The woman at the front knew who I was from our phone call and she was so welcoming. The second time I came in she knew who I was again. She is amazing, knowledgeable, and efficient. The nurse was also amazing. The IV was so nice. The infrared sauna was amazing, I can't wait to try more services!

The services provided at Restore are hands down the best in self care. I’ve been describing my experience there with friends as a wellness pick your own adventure. Super happy with my visits and the staff who are all personable, knowledgeable and welcoming. I’ve also had some great interactions and conversations with the other clients.
