Your products/services and your staff are wonderful. The staff at Katy are friendly and truly care about your clients. On a more critical note - The pricing structures are too convoluted. They can be confusing and give the impression it is meant to be confusing. When I talked to Assistant about it, she said that it was controlled by corporate and nothing could be done. When I commented that you should give them feedback, she said there was not an avenue to do that and they don't listen. That is too bad that they do not listen to you and I certainly had the feeling she wasn't listening to me.
