I love to get my IVs weekly. The membership is reasonably priced. I also like using the infrared sauna and more recently local cryo for some pain in my arm. But the best part is the staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A couple recommendations: please get more recliners. When I get my IVs if I had to sit in one of the other chairs, I feel that the experience wasn't complete. In Lancaster there's only two. Another improvement could be dimming the lights, it's too bright in the infusion area. Maybe a signature scent to create a more complete ambiance focused on relaxing all the senses. Everything else is great. I love going there. I don't remember specific names, because I'm really bad with it, but the truth is that it's all the staff. They are all amazing!
