Very unsatisfied.
I stopped on a Friday to visit the facility. The Owner said by signing up it would "hold my place" until I decided to join or not on Monday. I called at 11:10am on Monday to tell them that I was not going to join at this time. I left a voice message. My credit card was run anyway. I called the next day, and again, left a voice message saying my card was charged to please credit the fee back. No response to either voice message.
I stopped the following Friday and talked to the Manager. He said he could not credit the fee back. He would have the Owner contact me.
One week later, and still no contact
Very unprofessional.

Tim and Vicki, the owners, are two of the most delightful people I know who truly care and listen to help determine exactly what I need. Since I have been going there almost a year now, I know the staff - the manager, the greeter, and the nurses. They are professional, compassionate and welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone for a rich health oriented experience.

I love Restore Hyper Wellness in Meridian. There are several services you can have done: IV's for hydration, Red Light Therapy, Cryotherapy, Hyperbaric, Weight Loss, Skin Care (facials), and so much more. You will not be disappointed in the service you receive. Customer Service is so great. I have been going there for more than 6 months and will not go anywhere else for the services they offer. The owners have a passion for helping people and it shows.

I really enjoy the services, particularly red light, IV, and compression. I've had some good nurses for the IV's and some that weren't as good. I also enjoy the facials -- I've had some that were good, but some that weren't as good. It does seem like there's a lot of turnover in staff, which is too bad because the business concept is great. I don't normally recommend businesses unless I'm asked, and I definitely don't like being pushed into buying bigger packages or other sales pitches, but I do understand that's how businesses operate and grow. Just some general thoughts I have. I will definitely keep coming. I like the current management better than some of the past ones -- I hope this continues.
