The staff that I have met are all friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The health and wellness services offered is extensive. I have only experienced 2 services so far. The Cryotherapy was much easier than I thought it would be. I was expertly guided, so there were no surprises. I felt super relaxed the whole day anf treatment and slept very well that night. The red light therapy was pleasant. I realize that effects will most likely take a little time. I have researched this therapy’s many benefits. The science is very convincing concerning cellular health, inflammation reduction, skin rejuvenation and much more. I definitely recommend touring this unique facility and learning how your health and wellbeing can be improved.
