I wanted to share how much I enjoy using the infrared saunas. The staff are always quick to check me in and ensure the sauna is ready for me. The space itself is beautiful and clean, and having a private shower with everything I need is amazing! Using the sauna melts my stress away, and I never want to leave! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

So professional and SO caring. I love Jaycee, she was so wonderful to me in the appointment process and welcomed me into this place knowing i came in struggling. Unfortunately due to my health history I was not able to get a service, but because of the wonderful nurse practitioner here, i went to the hospital and found out i had a serious UTI. The whole team here is so wonderful and attentive. I will absolutely be back once I have my medical clearance. Thank yall so much ❤️🩷

I really enjoy the Restore concept, but I was disappointed to hear that they were closing the location closest to my home with only a week's notice. I remained a member because of the incredible staff, and I’m happy to hear that they’ve all been placed at other locations—those Restores are lucky to have them! I wasn’t too keen on the longer drive to another location, but after my appointment on Saturday, I was won over by the service and kindness of Madison and Amanda at the Norterra store. It’s now a 40-minute drive for me, so I’ll see if it’s worth the miles. Plus, with my weekly international business travel, that will also factor into my decision on whether to keep my membership, which I’ve had for several years. Being in hospitality, I know it’s all about the people, and they truly make the difference! Bravo team restore
