My first visit to the Restore facility in Pleasant Hill. The receptionist staff was very friendly and warm in their reception and tour of the facility. They explained the plans and benefits of the programs offered to me and the health benefits. The Physical Therapist staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in her assessment of explaining the benefits of the Cryo chamber to me. I also experienced the compression sleeves for the legs. I have been a member of Restore in Pleasant Hill for two years and the team and the services are great. I have taken advantage of almost everything they have to offer and I’m a regular for cryo, red light, infrared sauna, compression, IV drips (every week) and IM shots. I love my membership and the value I receive. The team is so friendly and easy to talk to, whether Ronald, Kristin (Manager), Perla, and Bethany (Nurse). Bethany, I’m happy for your new role and will miss you, but we’re friends, so you’re not gone. Note to management, this business is about service of course, but also building relationships with clients and trust. This team has that on lock. You need to retain your staff. You have an excellent team and you need to recognize them for their hard work. Also, you have incredibly too much turnover. Invest in your team, build them up, empower them and show them that you care. Lately, turnover is too high, especially among the nursing staff and that pushes clients away because there’s a lack of consistency. This team deserves more. Show up better as business owners and leaders.
